We have opened several positions in our outbound call center for motivated individuals looking to work in a supportive environment. Hired applicants will be qualified for paid training. Benefits will also be offered after a probational period.

Strong applicants for this role will have experience in selling business-to-business products. Great communication skills are necessary to succeed. Knowledge retention will be a big factor in effectively communicating with clients. The ultimate goal is to provide quality service and build rapport in order to sell products. Learning and retaining necessary information about products will also impact the level of success.

Candidates qualified for this position must have experience with customer service over the phone. They must be able to maintain a great phone presence by using a friendly tone and appropriate word choice. All leads made are essentially live transfers, so you’ll never make a cold call. Basic computer skills are highly preferred. The schedule set for this position is only weekdays, Monday through Friday, in the Summerlin office.
