We’re looking to hire ambitious individuals with excellent customer service and an effective phone presence. The position is full-time, working from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. This is an onsite premise position near Rainbow and West Charleston.

Ideal candidates will have a history of experience with sales and operating business to business calls. Basic computer knowledge is also needed for this position. Applicants should be able to communicate well over the phone and effectively deescalate any client concerns. This position requires teamwork and independent assignments, so team members must be driven to achieve daily goals.

Interviews will be offered to individuals with a desire to excel in a fast-paced environment. Team members will have support from department leaders. Department leaders will always be on high alert in order to appropriately support staff. All team members are required to arrive to work on time and follow appropriate guidelines during every shift. We believe that attendance is just as important as performance, so punctuality will be a factor in succeeding in this role.
